Hi Lala,

Majority of the whole unit rental does not include WIFI & Utility (water & electricity), unless stated explicitly in the descriptions.

Town council fee for HDB, monthly maintenance fee for private shall be bear by the owner (landlord), but have to ask to ensure you are not expected to bear such cost.

Any additional cost, such as professional cleaning upon ending of lease term, curtain cleaning, aircon periodic maintenance etc are to be negotiate before signing the tenancy agreement.
